* Must present a proof of status.
** At least one of the authors that presents will have to be registered in the congress until June 14th 2015. After this date, the abstract will be automatically excluded and the contribution will not be included in the Program nor in the Book of Abstracts.
*** Space for Workshops is limited. Please, register early. If registration reaches the limit, we will create a waiting list. Please, send e.mail to the Organizing and Executive Committee (lightsonchm@gmail.com).

PERSONALLY
At Events, Communication and Image Office (Gabinete de Eventos, Comunicação e Imagem. 9.00 – 12.30 | 14.00 – 17.30. Closed on weekends), together with the REGISTRATION FORM, previously filled in.

BY CHEQUE
Issued to Faculdade de Letras da Universidade do Porto and sent with the REGISTRATION FORM by post to:

CANCELLATION POLICY
The Organizing and Executive Committee is not responsible for any external reason preventing the participant from attending.

Substitutions for participants are accepted without penalty, as long as the Organizing and Executive Committee is informed by e.mail (lightsonchm@gmail.com) till June 30th 2015.

The Organizing and Executive Committee shall refund 50% of the registration fee until June 30th 2015. There will be no refunds for cancellations after June 30th 2015. Cancellations must be sent by e.mail (lightsonchm@gmail.com).

Registration implies acceptance of these conditions.
