Please read carefully and consider the following instructions:
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION
Submission should be done electronically to email@example.com and until April 30th 2015. After submission, a notification will be sent by e.mail to the corresponding author, in order to confirm the receipt of the abstract. If you do not receive this notification, please contact the Organizing and Executive Committee.
All abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee, on the basis of scientific merit. The corresponding author will be notified by e.mail regarding abstract acceptance by May 31st 2015. The Scientific Committee may not accept abstracts for the proposed oral presentation and recommend them for poster presentation.
At least one of the authors that presents will have to be registered in the congress until June 14th 2015. After this date, the abstract will be automatically excluded and the contribution will not be included in the Program nor in the Book of Abstracts.
Abstracts should be written in English, according to the Abstract Template, where authors should select the type of presentation preferred.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS
.All the oral presentations must be written and presented in English.
.Time available for the presentation: 15 minutes.
.Presentations should be in MS PowerPoint format or other presentation software (e.g. Prezi) compatible with Windows, and loaded to the computer of the respective congress room, before the start of the Thematic Session. We recommend you to bring the presentation in a USB driver.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS
.All poster presentations must be written in English.
.Posters must comply with the following dimensions: maximum of 120 cm height x 90 cm width.
.The top of the poster must include the title and authors name as stated on the submitted abstract. Please use an appropriate font size, readable by the participants from 1 meter away.
.Posters should be printed by authors and must be delivered during the Check In, before the beginning of the Opening Session. They will be posted by the Organizing and Executive Committee.
.(Co)Authors should be next to their poster to answer questions, at least during breaking times.
.At the end of the Thematic Sessions, during Closing Session, posters will be removed from the panels by the Organizing and Executive Committee. Afterwards, presenters must request their work. The Organizing and Executive Committee will not send nor keep any posters that are left on the congress venue.
